That's why we only work with both recruiters and candidates on a PAYE basis. It helps both the hiring company and the employee be compliant with taxes and regulations in terms of holiday and pension entitlement. This provides peace of mind for both sides, and forms an integral part of how we help our clients and candidates.

Furthermore, we are one of the few agencies that guarantees to clients that we only send them candidates that we have seen in-person. We require all candidates to register with us face-to-face to enable us to confirm that they have all necessary documentation required to comply with UK employment law and to carry out a full interview to assess the suitability of the candidate for the role.
